SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

Standard processing times range from 2 to 10 business days. Custom, printed, embroidered, or bulk orders may require additional time. All timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipment Responsibility

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Stitches N’ Clothes is not liable for delays, loss, theft or damage caused by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Delivered Packages

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Replacement requests are evaluated solely at our discretion.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees and carrier delays.
