Stitches n’ Clothes – Return & Refund Policy

At Stitches n’ Clothes, every order is custom-made to your specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds


  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund of any upfront payment.

  • After 24 hours, all upfront payments are non-refundable, as production costs are immediately incurred.

  • Once an order has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Defective or Quality Issues


  • If you believe your order has a defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Provide your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we may:


    Repair or remake the item, or


    Offer a store credit or partial refund, depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are customized and made-to-order, the following are non-returnable:


  • Items with customer-supplied artwork that is low-resolution, incorrectly sized, or formatted.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered, as each item is custom-produced. However, if there is a valid quality concern, we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes


  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final under the terms stated here.

  • Because products are custom-made, initiating a false or fraudulent chargeback/dispute with your bank or payment provider will be considered a breach of these Terms.

  • Stitches n’ Clothes reserves the right to provide proof of order details, communication, artwork approvals, and delivery records to dispute any unauthorized chargeback.

  • Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to:


    Permanent ban from future orders, and


    Collection of outstanding balances, including legal fees and costs incurred to recover the disputed amount.


Process for Claims


  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. Allow 2–5 business days for review and response.

  4. If approved, resolution will be provided as outlined above.
