REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

ALL CUSTOM WORK IS FINAL SALE

Due to the nature of our business and production processes, this policy is strictly enforced.

No Returns or Refunds on Printed or Embroidered Items

All items that are printed, embroidered, customized, altered or produced to order are final sale. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Embroidery of any type

  • DTF and all other print methods

  • Personalized or branded garments

  • Custom artwork placement or modifications

  • Wholesale, bulk or discounted orders

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, refunded or exchanged.

Blank Garment Exchanges (Exchange Only)

Unprinted and unembroidered blank garments may be eligible for exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with tags attached

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Shipping and Cost Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs to Stitches N’ Clothes

  • Outbound shipping costs for the replacement item

  • Any price differences between exchanged items

  • Any applicable handling or restocking fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Failure to follow exchange instructions may result in denial of the exchange.

Production Errors

If a defect or error is confirmed to be caused directly by Stitches N’ Clothes, we may at our sole discretion, repair or replace the item with the same product. Refunds are not issued.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic or video evidence.
