WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Stitches N’ Clothes® does not sell customer personal information for money.

We also do not rent customer lists or provide customer information to unrelated businesses for their independent direct-marketing use.

Information may still be provided to trusted service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our business or complete your transaction.

For example, completing an online order may require information to pass through an e-commerce platform, payment processor, shipping carrier, delivery service, technology provider, or similar service.

That operational use is not the same as SNC selling your personal information.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments may be securely processed through third-party payment providers.

SNC generally does not directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card number when a third-party payment processor handles your transaction.

Payment providers may process information necessary to authorize payments, prevent fraud, issue refunds, and comply with financial regulations.

Those providers may also maintain their own privacy and security policies.

SHOPIFY & SERVICE PROVIDERS

Our online store may use Shopify and other trusted service providers to operate our website and provide services such as:

  • Online checkout

  • Payment processing

  • Website hosting

  • Order management

  • Shipping

  • Analytics

  • Communications

  • Fraud prevention

  • Website security

We may provide these companies with information reasonably necessary for them to perform their services.

We do not authorize service providers to use SNC customer information however they want. Their own handling of information is also governed by their applicable agreements, privacy practices, and legal obligations.

YOUR ARTWORK & FILES

When you provide SNC with a logo, artwork, photograph, design, name, business information, or production file, we use that material primarily to provide the service you requested.

We may retain production-related files when reasonably useful for:

  • Completing your order

  • Reordering

  • Customer service

  • Maintaining production records

  • Resolving order questions

  • Protecting against fraud or disputes

  • Meeting legal or accounting obligations

We do not sell customer artwork or private production files as customer data.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

Emails, text messages, website submissions, quote requests, direct messages, proof approvals, and other customer communications may be retained as legitimate business records.

These communications help us understand what was ordered, what was approved, and how the order should be produced.

They may also be used when reasonably necessary to resolve an order issue or payment dispute.

Depending on your browser, device, location, and applicable law, you may have options to limit certain cookies or tracking technologies.

MARKETING

Where permitted by applicable law, SNC may communicate with customers regarding products, services, promotions, or business updates.

We do not sell your email address or phone number to unrelated companies so they can market their products to you.

Where required, marketing communications will provide an appropriate way to unsubscribe.

Order confirmations, production updates, security messages, payment communications, and other transactional messages may still be sent when necessary to service your order.

WE DO NOT PUBLICLY EXPOSE CUSTOMER INFORMATION

SNC does not intentionally publish customers' private contact, payment, or order information to the public.

When showcasing completed work, we make reasonable efforts not to expose private customer information unnecessarily.

If your project is confidential or unreleased, please notify SNC before production so appropriate arrangements can be discussed.

  • Completing orders

  • Reorders

  • Customer service

  • Accounting

  • Tax records

  • Business recordkeeping

DATA SECURITY

SNC takes reasonable measures intended to protect information under our control.

However, no website, payment system, cloud platform, email service, or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

We therefore cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.

  • Complete a customer's requested transaction

  • Work with legitimate service providers

  • Process payments

  • Deliver orders

  • Prevent or investigate fraud

  • Respond to lawful legal process

  • Comply with applicable law

  • Protect our customers

  • Protect SNC's legal rights

  • Establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim

We do not disclose customer information simply because someone asks for it.

YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

Our goal is simple:

Collect what we reasonably need. Use it responsibly. Protect it appropriately. Don't sell customer information for money. Don't misuse it.

We want customers to feel comfortable doing business with Stitches N’ Clothes® while still allowing us to operate, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business, website, technology, services, or legal requirements change.
