Shipping & Delivery Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Stitches N’ Clothes®
Effective August 1, 2026

Stitches N’ Clothes® (“SNC”) is committed to completing orders professionally, communicating clearly, and keeping customers informed throughout the production and fulfillment process.

However, once an order, shipment, material, or component is outside SNC's direct possession or facility, certain circumstances are outside our control.

By placing an order with SNC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Shipping & Delivery Policy.

PRODUCTION TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production time refers to the time required for SNC to prepare and complete an order.

Shipping time refers to the time required for a carrier, supplier, vendor, courier, or other third party to transport merchandise or materials.

A quoted production turnaround does not automatically include shipping or transit time unless expressly stated.

ESTIMATED DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Unless SNC expressly provides a written guaranteed completion or delivery date, all production, shipping, arrival, and delivery dates are good-faith estimates only.

Estimated dates may change because of circumstances outside SNC's reasonable control.

Customers should not schedule an event, launch, distribution, travel arrangement, or other obligation based solely on an estimated delivery date without allowing reasonable additional time.

VENDOR & SUPPLIER DELAYS

SNC may rely on third-party vendors, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, printers, suppliers, and production partners to obtain merchandise, blanks, materials, transfers, packaging, or other components necessary to complete an order.

Once an order or required material is in the possession or control of a third-party vendor or supplier, SNC cannot control that third party's processing, inventory, fulfillment, transportation, or delivery performance.

SNC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Vendor processing delays

  • Supplier delays

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Backorders

  • Inventory shortages

  • Product discontinuations

  • Incorrect vendor inventory information

  • Vendor fulfillment errors

  • Supplier shipping delays

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Customs or import delays

  • Labor disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Natural disasters

  • Equipment or infrastructure failures outside SNC

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

  • Other circumstances reasonably outside SNC's control

A third-party delay does not constitute an SNC production error merely because it affects the expected completion date.

COMMUNICATION

While SNC cannot control third-party delays, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent communication with the customer when we become aware of a material delay affecting their order.

Where reasonably available, we may provide updated estimated arrival dates, tracking information, vendor updates, alternative options, or revised production expectations.

Communication regarding a delay does not mean SNC has accepted responsibility for the underlying third-party delay.

Our responsibility is to communicate and take reasonable action where possible — not to guarantee the performance of independent vendors, suppliers, or shipping carriers.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

SNC may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available shipping and delivery services.

Once a completed shipment has been accepted by the applicable carrier, its transportation and delivery are subject to that carrier's operations and applicable terms.

SNC is not responsible for carrier delays, routing errors, service interruptions, weather delays, or other transportation events outside SNC's reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available tracking information or carrier-related documentation when appropriate.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered, SNC may rely on the carrier's delivery confirmation when evaluating a claim.

SNC is not automatically responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Claims involving packages lost while in carrier possession may be subject to the applicable carrier's investigation, claims procedure, insurance coverage, and determination.

Where appropriate, SNC may reasonably assist the customer with available shipment information necessary to pursue a carrier claim.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Customers should verify the recipient name, business name where applicable, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP code, and other necessary delivery information before submitting an order.

SNC is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or customer-provided shipping information.

Additional expenses resulting from address corrections, returned packages, reshipment, refused delivery, or customer-requested rerouting may be charged to the customer.

CUSTOMER DEADLINES & EVENTS

Customers must disclose any firm event date, launch date, graduation, conference, business opening, travel date, or other deadline before placing the order.

Providing SNC with a deadline does not automatically mean that deadline has been guaranteed.

A deadline is guaranteed only when SNC expressly accepts that specific deadline as guaranteed in writing.

SNC is not responsible for losses resulting from a missed event or deadline caused by circumstances reasonably outside SNC's control.

THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING TO SNC

Some orders require merchandise, blanks, customer-provided products, or materials to be shipped to SNC before production can begin.

Production time may not begin until all required merchandise and materials have been received, inspected where appropriate, and confirmed ready for production.

SNC is not responsible for transit delays occurring before required merchandise reaches our facility.

Any estimated completion date may be adjusted accordingly.

DELAYS DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY CREATE A REFUND

A vendor, supplier, manufacturer, or carrier delay outside SNC's reasonable control does not automatically create a right to cancel an order, receive a refund, obtain a discount, or initiate reimbursement.

Any cancellation or refund request remains subject to SNC's separate Refund / Cancellation Policy, including applicable deductions for materials, merchandise, labor, design, digitizing, production, travel, shipping, vendor expenses, or other order-specific costs already incurred.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

RUSH SHIPPING & EXPEDITED SERVICES

Customers may request expedited production or shipping when available.

Rush or expedited charges pay for the applicable expedited service and do not guarantee that circumstances outside SNC's reasonable control will never cause a delay.

SNC cannot guarantee the performance of an independent shipping carrier, supplier, or vendor unless SNC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP

Local delivery or pickup arrangements must be confirmed with SNC.

An order is not considered ready until SNC communicates that production has been completed.

Customers should not arrive for pickup based solely on an estimated completion date.

If SNC uses a third-party courier or delivery service, delays occurring after the order enters that third party's possession may be outside SNC's reasonable control.

FORCE MAJEURE & EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

SNC will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by events reasonably outside our control.

These events may include severe weather, natural disasters, fires, floods, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, government action, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, supplier shortages, labor disruptions, emergencies, or similar circumstances.

SNC will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and resume fulfillment when reasonably possible.

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SNC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from shipping or third-party delays outside SNC's reasonable control, including lost sales, missed events, missed launches, travel expenses, or lost business opportunities.

SNC cannot assume responsibility for circumstances occurring outside our direct possession, facility, or reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

OUR COMMITMENT

We understand that customers depend on their orders.

If something outside SNC's control affects an order, our commitment is to communicate, provide available updates, and make reasonable efforts to move the order forward.

We cannot control every vendor, manufacturer, supplier, shipping carrier, weather event, or transportation network.

We can control our communication, our workmanship, and the actions taken inside our operation — and that is what SNC stands behind.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH STITCHES N’ CLOTHES®, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING ESTIMATES MAY BE AFFECTED BY THIRD PARTIES AND CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE SNC'S REASONABLE CONTROL AND AGREES TO THIS SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy should be read together with SNC's Terms & Conditions and Refund / Cancellation Policy.
